Can I Use Photoshop?

I already have Adobe, but can I get Photoshop from it for free, or do I have to pay for it? If I do have to pay, could you point me to another program that is like Photoshop?

    I've got Adobe photoshop on my computer but I'm still trying to learn how to use it!

    You should try downloading either Paint.net or TheGimp. They're both free. I can help you if you want.
